研究方向

研究目标:围绕载能离子束辐照损伤过程,探讨极端条件下离子束与物质相互作用微观物理过程,研究微纳结构的载能离子调控机理,揭示辐照引起材料损伤演化过程机理,促进与技术创新的结合。

研究方向:离子与固体相互作用、晶体材料的微纳结构调控、离子辐照(纳米)光电子学,离子辐照环境下晶体材料的损伤演变等。

1、主持国家自然科学基金项目,10575067离子辐照周期极化铌酸锂晶体波导结构与倍频特性研究,2006-2008年,研究经费30万元。
